LSA's Signature Durra-Bull Heat Activated Adhesive is perfect for placing branding tags on blankets, tactical gear, pet accessories, and other items that will end up being frequently washed or exposed to the elements. Application time will vary by the type of heat press used, and we will gladly help you decide which adhesive works best if you give us a shout at info@lonestaradhesive.com
Pressure Activated Adhesive is a popular choice for branding the interior crown or sweatband on hats, bookbags, or other items that will sustain much less elemental exposure. Many use their hands or a rolling tool (such as one used in leather projects) for application, greatly reducing application time, which is key in an operation where time is money. If applied correctly and with firm pressure, it should outlast the life of a hat or project receiving proper care.

How it Works:

BrandForge™ tags are printed by the sheet, not by the individual tag. The more efficiently you use the sheet, the more tags you get, which translates to more opportunities you're sending out into the world to draw customers back to you, time and time again.

What do we need from you? We only need a single tag design from you and we'll do the rest with setting up the page for printing as many tags as we can manage to fit! A high resolution vector file is ideal, but another file format may be sent if necessary. Be aware that vectors allow an image to be scaled and maintain fine details, while other formats do not retain quality if adjusted to the size requested.

We will print what you send and have design suggestions below to ensure your satisfaction. AI Generated designs are not ideal for printing, in most cases, and may not be possible to replicate exactly as you see on your screen. Please use an actual high resolution image whenever possible.

Our team will make every attempt to ensure that digital design submissions are accurately reflected in the color you will see in person. However, there are natural variances between all digital screens and what our human eyes perceive, as well as differences in colors capable of display in a digital format (RGB) versus what a printer can achieve using CMYK colors. If you must achieve very specific colors, please include this in your notes, as well as any information we can use to properly color match your request.

BrandForge™ Design Tips

Send a print ready, high resolution vector whenever possible. AI generated designs often have gradients and design choices that simply do not print well.
Use 2-3 high-contrast colors for maximum readability. Tone on tone color choices are not ideal.
QR codes should be sized appropriately and tested before production.
Keep messaging easy to read- text is ideally sized at least 1mm tall. When designing the tag, the primary text should be in the 8-10pt text size range, and your secondary text can be around 6-7pt text size.
Use clean, bold, or even block style fonts! Swirling, handwritten, or script style fonts are beautiful in larger branding formats, but you want to maintain readability here to leave a solid impression.
Less is more- Brand, Website, QR code and/or Logo. Include your website, logo, and contact information to maximize brand recall.
